Privacy Policy

When you book or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your contact details (mobile number, and email address if you provide one)
• The service address where you would like the detail done
• Vehicle details (type, size and any notes you give us)
• Booking details (the package, date, time, add-ons and your booking reference)

We do not collect or store card or banking details. Payment is made by EFT directly from you to our bank.

• To schedule, confirm and carry out your booking
• To send your invoice, booking confirmation and payment details (by email)
• To contact you about your booking or to arrange access on the day
• To keep records of bookings and payments for our accounts

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where it is necessary to run our service, for example with the providers that host our website and send our messages, or where we are required to by law. EFT payments are made directly through your own bank; we do not see or store your banking login or card details.

Your information is stored in our secure booking system. We take reasonable steps to protect it, although no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our record-keeping and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Under POPIA you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To do so, contact us at kiff.cpt@gmail.com.

Our website uses a small number of essential cookies, for example to keep you signed in to the admin area or to remember that you have entered the site. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
