Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Kiff Detailing("we", "us"). By booking a detail with us, whether online, by email or in person, you agree to these terms.

We provide mobile car detailing at an address you choose within our service area. We bring our own equipment, but we need access to a working power outlet and a water tap at the address on the day of the booking.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Your slot is held for 24 hours while we check that the deposit has been received. Once the deposit reflects, your booking is confirmed. The balance is due on completion of the work.

Prices are shown per package and vehicle size. Larger or heavily soiled vehicles, and industrial or fleet work, are quoted separately. Final pricing may be adjusted if the vehicle differs significantly from what was booked.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. Deposits for confirmed bookings that are cancelled at short notice, or for no-shows, may not be refundable.

• Provide safe, legal and reasonable access to the vehicle, along with a working power outlet and water tap.
• Remove any valuables and personal items before we start. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Tell us about any existing damage, faults, modifications or sensitive areas before we begin.
• Confirm that you own the vehicle, or that you are authorised to arrange this work on it.

Detailing results depend on the age and condition of the vehicle. Some marks, stains, odours or defects may not be fully removable, and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. We may decline or stop work on a vehicle that is unsafe or unsuitable.

We take great care with every vehicle. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the detailing, including but not limited to pre-existing damage, wear, rust, water ingress, or loose, worn, faulty, aftermarket or poorly fitted parts, trim, badges or seals that come loose or fail during normal detailing.

We are not responsible for valuables or personal items left in the vehicle. Any concerns about the work must be raised with us before we leave the site, so that we can inspect and address them.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence.

Payment is by EFT to the account shown on your invoice, using your booking reference. We do not accept card payments.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time of your booking.
